Pulm/Crit Chances?

Hi,

I applied this year for pulm/crit but wanted to see if anyone has any advice to improve my CV or get interviews. Here’s my creds:

USMLEs 220s
Chief year
10 articles with Posters in IDWeek, ATS, Chest national conferences
Good LORs

I’m worried that my step scores will filter me out for a majority of the programs.
